OVERWHELM RESET KIT

A small guide for creating a little more room when your head is full.

You are not behind. You do not need a perfect plan before you begin. This kit is here to help you reduce the volume, see what matters now, and choose one workable next move.

How to use this kit

Read only what helps: Skip any section that does not fit today.

Take any medium: Use a pen, your phone, or just your quiet attention.

Stop anytime: When you have enough clarity for one step, close the kit.

The Sequence

Overload → Relief → Clarity → One Next Move

Stage 01 // Acknowledge

1. OVERLOAD

Before making a plan, let the moment be real without fixing it.

My body feels:
My environment feels:
My thoughts are circling around:

If words are hard right now, circle what fits:

Too much
Too fast
Too noisy
Too many choices
Too tired
Unsure
Gentle prompt: What could be allowed to wait for the next hour?

Stage 02 // Downshift

2. RELIEF

The goal is not to feel perfect. The goal is to make this moment more workable.

Pick one small adjustment:

◯ Lower sound, dim screen, or soften lights

◯ Drink water or eat something simple

◯ Sit somewhere softer, stretch, or change position

◯ Step outside or look through an open window

◯ Put your phone face down for five minutes

◯ Move one demanding task completely out of view

Make the space easier

One thing I can reduce, remove, postpone, or soften right now:
“I can make this moment smaller before I decide what comes next.”

Stage 03 // Sort

3. CLARITY

You do not need to organize your whole life. Just sort what is right in front of you.

Needs Attention Soon
Can Wait
Not Mine / Not Now

One thing that would help me feel supported:

Stage 04 // Launch

4. ONE NEXT MOVE

Choose something small enough to begin and kind enough to repeat.

My single next move is:
It is small because:

If I get stuck, I can:

• Make it even smaller (e.g. open the doc, type one word)

• Change the physical room or setting

• Pause, rest, and return later

One next move is enough. A next move is not a test of your worth—it is simply a way to meet this moment with support.
