Enterprise
Task tools store work. They do not reduce mental load. PortalKinetic helps teams unload, clarify, and move — clear your head, see what matters, take one next step — with the access management, audit trails, and data residency options procurement requires.
Private by shape. Aggregate by design. Calm enough for trust review, clear enough for action.
PortalKinetic is the Relief Operating System for overloaded professionals.
It is not professional care, does not label people, and is not employee monitoring. It helps a person move from overload to relief, from relief to clarity, and from clarity to one next move.
Core law: show one useful next action. Hide everything else until needed. The system exists to protect capacity, not extract output.
We help overloaded professionals find their next move without adding to the load.
Aggregate-only enterprise promise
Pilot proof should show organization-level patterns only. It should never expose raw Mental Unload text, private notes, individual pressure check-ins, or employee ranking.
Trust contract
The enterprise story only works if the product feels safe to the employee and review-ready to procurement. These operating laws keep both sides aligned.
Default to one useful next action. Keep everything else hidden until needed.
Reduce what the user is holding. Do not add new overhead.
Keep the individual space private without exception.
Give the organization patterns, not people.
What this is not
Task tools store work. They do not reduce mental load. The missing layer is a privacy-safe way to unload, clarify, and return to one useful action.
What employees need
What procurement requires
Buyer-room explanation
PortalKinetic sits in the missing layer between overload and forward motion. The employee gets private relief and one next move. The organization gets aggregate support proof without names, notes, or rankings.
Customer-Controlled Data Plane
Enterprise plans split the system in two. PortalKinetic runs the application, safety rules, and recommendation guardrails. Your organization runs the data plane — your Postgres (Supabase Postgres, AWS RDS, or managed Postgres), in your cloud, in your region, with your keys and your retention. We never see raw credentials. Your employees never become surveillance subjects.
Need the plain-language employee boundary too? Start with Privacy Center.
Owning the database does not mean owning your employees’ minds. Even with full data-plane control, the employer cannot see any of the following — because we never write them in a form the employer can read:
Encrypted with envelope encryption (KMS-backed where configured). Connection secrets are server-only — the browser never sees them after save. Every activation, rotation, and support grant is audit-logged.
Available on Enterprise. Postgres-compatible providers in v1.
Capacity infrastructure — three buying conversations
We sell an operating layer that reduces execution latency — the context-switching drag between heavy inputs and focused work. Pick the doorway that matches the budget line. Each is a shipped flow, not a roadmap promise.
Every meeting-to-focus transition leaves high-friction open loops behind. PortalKinetic captures that residue, parks non-urgent loops, and surfaces one next actionable move.
See the Meeting Recovery flowScattered open loops across channels get compressed into a smaller set. One target is active. Try the public compression sandbox first; the full in-product flow needs a signed-in session.
See the Workload Clarity flowFor decisions locked in loops: determine reversibility, flag the missing signal, and isolate the first small test instead of forcing a full resolution today.
See the Decision Support flowOrg-level membership with owner, admin, and member roles. Invite management and seat controls included.
Audit events can be logged and exported where contracted and configured. Timestamps, actor IDs, and event types are designed for compliance review.
Integrate with your identity provider under signed enterprise configuration. Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace paths are scoped during rollout.
Aggregate intelligence · Zero employer-level individual visibility
The employer-visible reporting plane does not receive the ingredients needed to build a leaderboard: no stable employee identifier in telemetry, no individual activity history, no task or output content, and no comparable score.
These fields are not returned in buyer-facing telemetry. Small cohorts are suppressed, raw payloads are not returned, and private content is not exposed to managers.
Relief for employees. Capacity patterns for organizations. No bossware.
Procurement examples
The easiest way to explain the boundary is to ask what the admin plane can answer. The product can prove adoption at the group level. It cannot reconstruct a person.
Can an admin ask: What did Sarah write today?
No. The employer-visible reporting plane does not contain names, Mental Unload text, journal content, task titles, or private notes.
Can an admin ask: Who is struggling this week?
No. Small cohorts are suppressed, individual reset history is not returned, and reports cannot identify one person.
Can an admin ask: Is the support layer being adopted?
Yes. Admins can review aggregate sessions, completion patterns, unique-user counts, and day-level trend lines.
Can an admin ask: Can HR export a risk list?
No. Individual signals are not exported to HRIS, compensation, promotion, discipline, termination, or performance scoring.
The enterprise telemetry payload is intentionally small: event type, event count, unique-user count, event day, date range, and privacy metadata. That shape answers “is this support layer being used?” without answering “what did one employee do?”
Returned
Event type + count + unique-user count + day, with period and suppression metadata.
Suppressed
Any cohort below min_unique_users is hidden before it becomes a buyer-facing report.
Excluded
No user_id, email, task title, private text, raw payload, sub-day timestamp, or individual score.
