Delete Account & Data Requests

You can delete your PortalKinetic account, export your data, or delete specific data types without contacting support. Some billing or security records may be retained where the law requires it.
Delete app account
Delete your PortalKinetic account and associated personal data in the app or on the web. Deletion is immediate for account data; some billing or security records may be retained where the law requires it.
Android app:Settings → Legal & privacy → Delete account in app (confirm twice).
Web: Settings → Danger Zone → type DELETE to confirm.
Manage app data
You can delete specific data without deleting your whole PortalKinetic account. This matches the “Manage app data” option shown on Google Play.
- Health and wearable samples (HRV, sleep) when you enabled sync
- Tasks, Mental Unload entries, and other content you created in the app
- Optional profile photo
- App activity tied to your account (export available before delete)

Self-serve steps
Step 1
Delete your whole account (web)
Sign in at portalkinetic.com, open Settings, choose Danger Zone, type DELETE, and confirm. Your account and personal data are removed immediately; active Stripe subscriptions are cancelled when possible.

Delete your whole account (mobile app)
Sign in, open Settings → Legal & privacy → Delete account in app. Confirm twice to permanently delete your account without opening a browser.
Step 3
Delete some data without deleting your account
Health / wearable samples: Settings → Wearables & Health → Delete my health data (mobile), or Settings → Privacy → Delete stored health data (web).
Export only: Settings → Export my data (mobile web link) or My Data dashboard on web.

Email privacy@portalkinetic.com from the address on your account for access, correction, export, or deletion. We may verify identity before processing.

Subscription reminder
Deleting the app or your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple, Google, Stripe, or another provider. Cancel through the purchase channel before renewal.
Data we may retain
We may retain limited information for security logs, legal obligations, billing records, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, backups, or audit records after account deletion.
