Subscription Terms

These terms summarize subscription, renewal, cancellation, and refund expectations for PortalKinetic paid features.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Pricing, features, limits, and plan names may change with notice where required.
Purchase Channel
Users can manage subscriptions through Apple, Google, Stripe customer portal, or account settings depending on the purchase method. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store, payment provider, or PortalKinetic refund policy. App store purchases must usually be managed through that store's refund flow.
No Clinical Entitlement
A paid subscription provides access to software features only. It does not provide therapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, or guaranteed productivity outcomes.
